The Trust has 11 single person properties that are available as Alms Houses and 12 Garages for rental based in the Parish of Holy Trinity.

Local Authority Appointments
Under the Rules of the Trust the Local Authority appoint 1 Councillor which are appointed from Weymouth Town Council (previously Weymouth & Portland Borough Council).
One Councillor is appointed from Rodwell

East Boro Housing Trust
EBHT are contracted by JRE Charity Trust to support tenants as required on a Day to Day basis. Maintenance and Property upkeep is a joint arragement with EBHT and JRE Charity. nts on a daily basis.
